Welcome to Mosjo, a community for sharing and experiencing interactive works. Teamory Investment Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("Mosjo", "we" or "us"), provides our app, website and related services (the "Service"). Using the Service means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices.
These terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude obligations, rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Accounts and access
You must be at least 13 years old, meet any higher minimum-age requirement where you live, and obtain any legally required parent or guardian permission. Content ratings and access restrictions also apply. Provide accurate, current account information and keep your sign-in access secure. You are responsible for activities through your account and must tell us promptly about unauthorized access.
Visitors may experience public works without an account. Publishing and account-based community features require an account. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature at our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice. We do not promise continuous availability, permanent hosting or compatibility with every device. Keep copies of your important work.
2. Mosjo's intellectual property and your license
Mosjo and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, interfaces, branding and functionality. User-created content remains subject to the rights described below.
While you comply with these terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access and use the Service for personal use and to publish your works through the features we provide. You cannot transfer or sublicense this permission. No other rights in Mosjo's intellectual property are granted.
3. Your content and our license
You retain whatever ownership rights you hold in works, code, assets, comments and other material you submit ("Content"). You must hold the rights and permissions needed to submit that Content and grant the rights in these terms, including rights in included music, images, software and other third-party materials.
For Content you submit, you give Mosjo a permanent, global, non-exclusive license, without royalties, to host, copy, process, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, display, perform, run and otherwise use that Content to operate, promote, market and improve the Service. This includes featuring your works in marketing materials, testing and improving our tools and systems, and permitting our providers and partners to perform those activities for us. The license continues after Content removal or account closure; personal information and retained copies remain subject to our privacy policy and applicable law.
4. Publishing and sharing
Mosjo may decide, at its sole discretion, whether to publish, display or continue making any work available. Published works may be viewed and experienced by other users and signed-out visitors, who may share their links.
Where Mosjo makes adaptation features available, publishing Content permits other users to adapt it and create derivative works through those features, subject to these terms and any applicable attribution requirements.
Check Content before publishing. You are responsible for its legality, permissions, accuracy and behavior, including when it was made with AI. We may use submitted Content and related activity to evaluate and improve the Service, subject to our privacy policy. We do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, quality or suitability of AI-assisted or user-created Content. External tools are governed by their providers' terms.
5. Prohibited uses
Do not use Mosjo for unlawful activity or submit infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, threatening, harassing or prohibited sexual Content. Child sexual exploitation and abuse are prohibited. Do not disclose private information without permission, impersonate people, send spam, steal credentials or distribute malware.
Automated access or use of the Service is prohibited unless expressly permitted by Mosjo and must remain within the scope of that permission.
Do not use the Service or information obtained from it to develop competing products or services. Do not decompile, reverse engineer, extract source code from, or attempt to discover the underlying implementation of Mosjo's software, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law. Do not bypass security or publication checks, access systems without authorization, disrupt the Service or impose unreasonable loads.
Works must comply with declared permissions and applicable privacy and age requirements. Collecting personal data or using restricted device capabilities requires the necessary authorization and consent.
6. Moderation, reports and suspension
We may monitor or review Content and relevant activity, investigate reports, remove or restrict any Content, or suspend or terminate accounts or access at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We may take those actions for violations, objectionable Content, safety concerns or other reasons. We are not obliged to host, publish, preserve or restore any particular Content.
Report Content through the available reporting controls or hej@mosjo.com. We may review reported Content and relevant records.
7. Copyright complaints
We respect copyright and may remove allegedly infringing Content and terminate repeat infringers. Send a written copyright report to hej@mosjo.com with:
- Your physical or electronic signature as the owner or an authorized representative.
- The copyrighted work you claim is infringed and the Mosjo URLs or other information locating the disputed material.
- Your contact details.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use lacks permission from the owner, their agent or the law.
- A statement that your report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
We may seek further information, disable access, inform the uploader and review a challenge to a removal. Where the U.S. DMCA notice-and-counter-notice procedure applies, its statutory requirements govern that procedure. Knowingly false copyright reports may create liability.
8. Account deletion and retained information
You may request account deletion in the app's settings. Deletion, de-identification and retention of personal information and Content are governed by our privacy policy and applicable law. Copies already obtained by others may remain.
9. App stores
If you obtain Mosjo through Apple's App Store or Google Play, this agreement is between you and Teamory Investment Limited, not Apple or Google. Those companies are not responsible for Mosjo or its Content and do not undertake to maintain or support it. Mosjo is responsible for the app's support and applicable product claims. You must comply with the relevant store's terms and usage rules.
For Apple versions, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable app license and may enforce it against you. Apple's standard app license applies unless a valid custom license is provided; mandatory store requirements take precedence over any conflicting app-license provision here.
10. No warranties
To the fullest extent the law permits, you use the Service at your own risk. We supply it in its available condition without express, implied or statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, security or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee Content, results, freedom from errors or harmful components, or that a problem will be corrected.
11. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, Mosjo, its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, staff and representatives are not liable for losses or damages arising from the Service, Content, other users' conduct, unauthorized access, interruptions, loss of data or your inability to use the Service. This exclusion includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary and punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue and lost opportunities, under any legal theory, even if the possibility of loss was known.
12. Your indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mosjo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors and suppliers against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, expenses and reasonable legal fees and costs arising out of or relating to your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms, applicable law or another person's rights. We may take control of the defense of a covered claim and require your cooperation.
13. Changes and BVI jurisdiction
We may revise these terms at any time. We will update the date and may notify you through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continuing to use Mosjo after revised terms take effect means you accept them. Stop using the Service if you disagree.
The laws of the British Virgin Islands govern these terms, without applying conflict-of-law rules. Disputes concerning these terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
14. General terms and contact
Not enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only when we give it in writing. If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited or severed as necessary and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
These terms, the privacy policy and any expressly applicable additional service or app-license terms form the entire agreement about Mosjo and replace prior agreements and representations on that subject. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination remain effective.
