Teamory Investment Limited, a British Virgin Islands company ("Mosjo", "we" or "us"), operates Mosjo's app, website and related services. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain your information.

#1. Information we collect

  • Accounts: account identifiers, name, email and profile information provided by you or your sign-in provider.
  • Content and activity: works, assets and other content you upload, your community interactions and supported saves.
  • Device and usage information: device/browser information, IP addresses, service activity, performance and error records.
  • Support: information you send when contacting us or reporting a concern.

#2. How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain and improve Mosjo, manage accounts, enable publishing and community features, support saves, analyze usage and performance, respond to requests and reports, send service and security notices, detect and investigate fraud or abuse, protect our rights and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

#3. Sharing and public content

When you publish a work, your work and associated public profile information become visible to other users and visitors. Your content rights are described in our Terms of Use.

We may share information with third parties that help us operate our business and provide our services, including hosting providers and analytics services.

We may share information with our subsidiaries and affiliates to support our business operations.

We may disclose information with your consent, to meet legal obligations, respond to legally valid government requests, protect rights, safety or property, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We may use automated systems and authorized personnel to review submitted content and related records to operate Mosjo, enforce our terms and investigate abuse. Content may be accessible to our authorized personnel even when it is not publicly shared.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Applicable international-transfer safeguards and privacy rights apply. Contact us if you need more information.

#4. External tools and services

External coding tools you use to create works are governed by their providers' privacy policies. Interactive works may use device storage and permitted external services, whose providers have their own information practices.

#5. Security and retention

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to safeguard your information, but internet transmission and electronic storage carry risks and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Avoid including sensitive personal information in content you share.

We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy, including longer retention where required or permitted by law. Removing content from public view does not immediately erase copies from servers or backups. Copies and related records may be retained for legal obligations, fraud and abuse prevention, security and investigations, and deleted when those retention purposes no longer apply, subject to applicable law.

#6. Your rights and account deletion

You can update your profile and request account deletion in the app's settings. We delete or de-identify personal information according to this policy and applicable law, subject to the retention purposes above.

To the extent provided by the laws applicable to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information; object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact hej@mosjo.com to exercise applicable rights. We may verify your identity before processing a request.

Where applicable, we rely on our contract with you to provide requested services, legitimate interests for operation and security, legal obligations, and consent where required. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

#7. Children's privacy

Mosjo is intended for people aged 13 or older, or the higher minimum age required where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people below the applicable minimum age. If we learn that we have collected such information, we take steps to remove it. Contact us if you believe this has happened.

#8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time by posting the revised policy and updating its date. We will also notify you through Mosjo or by email where appropriate or required by law, and obtain consent where required.
